Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Phitique Apparel aims to process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Standard shipping is expected to be completed within 12 business days, depending on the shipping destination. However, please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Phitique Apparel is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our business and the products we offer, Phitique Apparel maintains a strict cancellation and exchange policy. If you wish to cancel an order, you must submit a cancellation request via email to support@phitique.com within 30 minutes of placing the order. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled in time, as processing may begin immediately after an order is placed. Phitique Apparel does not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

We may, however, consider exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us via email at support@phitique.com within 7 days of receiving your item, providing detailed information and, if possible, photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Please be aware that issues such as incorrect sizing, which may lead to product defects like ripping at the seams, are not covered by our exchange policy. Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review our size charts and product descriptions before making a purchase.

In the event that your package is marked as lost in transit by the carrier, and 30 days have passed since the order date, Phitique Apparel may offer a replacement package at our discretion. Customers must contact us at support@phitique.comto report lost packages and to inquire about the possibility of a replacement.
