At Phitique, we are committed to delivering high-quality activewear to you as efficiently as possible. As a small but growing brand, we sometimes experience a high volume of orders, which may cause a short delay in processing times. Rest assured, we work closely with our warehouse to ensure each order meets our stringent quality standards before it is shipped.

Processing Times:

  • Our processing times may take up to 5 business days for domestic orders.
  • For international orders, processing times may take up to 7 business days.
  • We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, often by the next day.

Shipping Times:

  • Shipping within the United States may take up to 14 business days.
  • For international orders, shipping may take up to 20 business days.
  • These estimates represent the maximum amount of time you can expect to wait, but in most cases, orders are delivered much more quickly.

Multiple Packages & Tracking Numbers:
Due to high order volumes, there may be instances where your order is separated into multiple packages to expedite the delivery process. In such cases, you may receive more than one tracking number. Please keep an eye out for multiple tracking updates as some items may arrive at different times depending on availability and demand.
